January 25, 2008 - Peak Gold - 6S begins providing optimization and search engine marketing services to Peak Gold
Peak Gold Ltd. is a new intermediate gold producer with two operating assets, Amapari in Brazil and Peak Mines in Australia.
After raising an initial CDN$326 million in equity, Peak Gold paid US$200 million in cash and US$100 million in shares to acquire the two assets from Goldcorp.
