			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Vancouver, BC &#8211; November 30th, 2011</strong> &#8211; For the second consecutive year, 6S Marketing has been voted as one of the Best Companies To Work For in British Columbia by BC Business Magazine. 6S took home top honours as the #1 Communications Company to Work For and #4 overall for companies under 100 employees.</p>
<p>The Best Companies To Work For in BC Program is a partnership initiative between BC Business Magazine and the MindField Group to determine the best companies based solely on employee opinion. The program is executed through an anonymous survey which employees supply feedback regarding benefits, company culture, management leadership and HR considerations. In order for the participating companies to be considered as a best company, 85% of their BC-based employees must complete the survey.</p>
<p>“The fact that our employees have voted us as one of the best companies to work for in BC for the second consecutive year proves we are true leaders in providing a cutting edge work environment for our employees” states Chris Breikss, President of 6S Marketing. “We realized in the beginning that in order to retain top talent we would need to provide compensation and perks above and beyond what other agencies are providing. <p><strong>VANCOUVER, BC, October 26, 2009</strong> – As an official partner of the campaign to enhance United Way of the Lower Mainland’s online presence, <a href="http://www.6smarketing.com" rel="nofollow" >6S Marketing</a> has provided pro bono online marketing services and in the process engaged and motivated its staff.  Through important community support, 6S has effectively captured a direct and positive correlation between pro bono or community-based work and employee satisfaction.</p>
<p>“The online marketing services that we have provided on behalf of United Way are the perfect opportunity for us to support an organization that aims to improve communities and change lives,” says Chris Breikss, 6S Marketing Co-Founder and President. “It has also given the team at 6S a chance to be involved with a great cause and stay active within the community.”</p>
<p>Working alongside Domain 7 and Veratta, 6S is providing online marketing services to the United Way of the Lower Mainland, as a part of an overall online initiative aimed at raising awareness for the organizations’ cause. The project is centered on redesigning the website over the course of ten months. The work done by 6S Marketing also integrates the use of social media tools such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Flickr to engage and inform online readers.</p>
<p>The United Way project has enabled 6S employees to use their expertise towards a meaningful cause, and as a result, it has fostered both employee satisfaction and dedication. Based on a keen understanding of the importance of giving back to the community, 6S recognizes that employees become engaged and committed when they work for a company that is aligned with their values, and when they are able to find purpose in their work.</p>
<p>Additionally, the company acknowledges that pro bono work is an ideal way to ensure continued commitment in staff during tough economic times. During a time when pay raises and bonuses may not be plentiful, meaningful work serves to provide an alternative to solely monetary satisfaction.</p>
<p>As a company, 6S takes on multiple pro bono projects each year and participates and sponsors community events and initiatives. The company also encourages employees to suggest initiatives that the entire 6S team can contribute to.</p>
<p>“Being able to channel my knowledge and skills towards the United Way project has been extremely rewarding,” says Rachel Wills, an employee at 6S Marketing. “It is great to be part of a company that realizes the importance of being involved with organizations that support our communities.”</p>
